I love to eat tapioca, it's a traditional brasilian food, made with a flour that is a made from a sub-product of cassava roots, manioc starch. You have to hydrate it, wait 24h, then sift it, though. Quite boring to make it sometimes. Results in a delicious and low-calorie meal :)

Tacos. you get to make your own, it's kind of messy, you get to eat with your hands. What's not to love.

Hmm...besides potatoes? That's a tough one. Probably a good old fashioned plate of fish and chips, although a decent one of those is a pain to find nowadays. Everybody's nuts about slathering them fish in funky batter, I just want my fishies to taste like fishies. :D
