well our countrys have much the same recent history, then there are many geographic facts, but i will not write them all here :D and your flag colors are - white green red. bulgarians are slavic ethnic group and u use Cyrillic.

But i will not enter this giveaway, dont like that game so much :D

In all seriousness, at just 1.5% of EU population, it is barely considered. Googling "Bulgaria is " gives the suggestion the toilet of Europe, in reference to an artwork by the Czech shown in January, 2009. Its low debt means it has avoided being mentioned in the news much, and it's not a major tourist destination. Being a member of the Warsaw pact, it's considered to be a former satellite state of the USSR, so many people consider it effectively to be equivalent to Russia, minus a little of the cold.
