Intriguing game, but it could use some animations for things you're likely to focus on. Such as the troops movement.

They look like they're just floating, which looks off. Even a wheeled cart would bounce a bit on a rough road...

I get the point is low poly, but the lack of detail in at least a few parts, leaves me uninterested, unless maybe i was playing it on my phone.

Low poly is great, but there's a balance between too little, and too much detail. Currently there is more detail on the trees, then there is on the moving pieces.
