What this DLC does: when you hold a human shield and execute him/her with F, you will bite them on the neck, restoring all your health. Also gives some major percentage boosts to income and respect (like 25%, not really sure now). Definitely makes the game easier, so don't enter if you like a challenge (not that SR3 is particularly hard).
