I'll start.
This sounds odd, But I'm not a huge fan of the sims. But the sims 2 open for business was really fun. I want to see a game that emulates what they did, have a store with customizable content where you can create your own store and sell the products you wish to sell. Where you can set the prices, stock the shelves. Hire and fire employee's. I'm surprised it hasn't been created since then since it was such a big success as an expansion.
