Kingdom (and Kingdom: New Lands), thought it was going to be a nice little time waster, turned into rather clever game. Figuring out the rules is the best part.

Wasn't really sure about Mr. Shifty, but it turned out really good ("keyboard smashing", etc. :D)

The "new" Thief, the one from 2014. I'm a huge fan of the original Thief trilogy and I've read a lot of bad things about the 2014 game, so I expected it to be pretty bad. Turned out, the game is perfectly fine! They added the "killing spree" route, but it didn't harm the stealth in any way plus the modern Garrett is incredibly sexy, what's not to like heheh :)

Pony Island. This game is so good <3

I do not enter GAs for games I expect to be bad, but thought that Trash TV will be "just ok". It turned out to be a really short but great gem :)

Neighborhorde.
It's a zombie survival which I usually like but it features cartoony animals as the survivors, and random enemies of all sorts including a wizard boss (Who is op, and will wipe out your party 99% of the time if its AI controlled). It ended up being a lot of fun, and my only issue with it is that there is no online co-op. The wizard boss in offline mode needs a bit of a nerf because of this but all in all he is fairly balanced for human players.

When TR reboot appeared, I didn't expect it to be any good. I loved the film in childhood, but not game series, and was forgetting to check the game for years until maybe last year when I looked at the store pages and decided that game is pretty fine. I played TR reboot only in the beginning of this January and it was a real adventure!

For me it was Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen. I usually don't enter games that were not on my wish-list but this game had relatively small number of entries, so I randomly clicked the enter button. After winning the game I thought of asking for reroll, which I have already done for 2-3 instances because of the fact that I might not give a chance at a game anytime soon. But I went with it anyway.

I had to eventually try this game, since I have a small library and was out of games to play. Never had I thought I would enjoy this game so much. I have almost 120 hrs on it and I am hoping to give it a second run in the future.

I don't have that for SG wins because I don't enter giveaways for games which I think might be bad. But the pleasant surprise for me was Sleeping Dogs. I didn't think it would be bad by any means but I certainly didn't expect I'd enjoy it as much as I did.
