It's a shame this didn't sell so well, because the original was an amazing piece of gaming that I only discovered when it was ported to PC. I would have honestly bought this outright if I didn't have the nagging feeling I would be missing out on something, having not played VC2 and 3. Perhaps that's where the issue was. It seems that the VC games are pretty self-contained stories, but from the outside it may look like you would be skipping important story or something.
