Yeah, I guess it depends on what you're expecting out of it. Without any spoilers, the movie is definitely missing some transitions scenes, exposition, and just general plot and character development. When you pack a movie with like 10 superheroes and need screen time for all of them, all while keeping the time under 2.5 hours, you're gonna leave some important stuff on the cutting room floor. So for people who aren't too knowledgeable on Marvel comics and the universe, there are parts where you could be like "but wth is happening, I thought?... who are..?" etc.. I read a lot of comics so I was able to watch and enjoy without constantly questioning, like some of my friends did.
If you go see it though, I say spend the extra for 3D. Special Effects is definitely one of the movies major strengths imo.

It's definitely a decent movie. I wouldn't spring the extra cash to watch it in 3D, but I'll rate it as better than other Marvel sequels. It trumps the later Ironmen and Cap 2. Thanks a lot human. ^^
