as far as i know, though you explicitly warned of the region restriction, if the giveaway is not actually tagged as such and the winner is not in the specific region, they could be ruled as in the right by Support and you would have to send them a version that works in their region...
apparently you already deleted the other version of this (kind of screwing over all those who did enter) - i think you would just be better off deleting this one too and not trying again until (if / when) an EU region IS added to the giveaway function, or finding another way to give it away

Too bad, but thanks for the warning.

I feel like making a region restriction would be a lot simpler than listing many of the popular, ineligible countries in the description. For example, just for Germany or Poland or Russia & others would be less of a problem than having NA or Asia bots enter, causing other issues later.

if this is only Europe key, you have the option of applying selected region restriction in making the GA. Right now everyone can enter and a non-Europe winner can pose problems for you brother. Delete this Ga and make a correct GA where Europe region restriction tickbox is applied. Then outsiders won't see this GA.
