Just so you know Mike, custom rules only apply to private giveaways (but the link to which can be posted on the forums to effectively make it public again). Not sending the pack will probably result in a "gift not received" flag, so you should probably double check this with one of the support staff to make sure it's all good.

Either way, I won't be entering, but thanks all the same for such a generous giveaway! Hopefully karma will take notice ;)

This is not a custom rule, and believe you me, Mike knows.

This is the default, the giveaway creator has a say on if they are going to give the gift to someone who already has part of it.

Not sending it would probably result in a reroll in like, 5 minutes.

From the FAQ:

What are the rules for entering to win Steam packs if I currently own a number of the games contained within?

We ask users not to enter giveaways for packages if they already own the majority of the games. This allows for winners that will receive the most value out of their gift. In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner.

Oh, I didn't doubt that once it was mentioned. I more meant "Oh wow, I really should have checked the profile first".
With that sheer amount of giveaways you'd be naturally way more familiar with the rules than me to begin with~
