Hi again. From what Ive seen, your account seems new, so here's a tip: When a giveaway ends, the key isnt automatically sent to the winner. You need to go to the "Giveaways Created" page
(You can find it in the top right, having the icon of a present, or you can click or copy/paste this: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created )
There you'll see the giveaways that you have created, and you need to click "Send" at the giveaways that have ended, so that the site will then send the key to the winner. I hope that helps.
