It's a long story but I used to be a lot more active on a video game forum and gave away keys all the time. I maintained it using a text file that I backed up on a USB key. I moved a bunch of times since and found the USB key the other day with the text file on it. The oldest game on the list was 12 years old so I just assumed everything was a around a decade old.
