I've been looking at some of my stats and thought they need some pushing. The ones that this should change:
Oh, and usually I don't blacklist for anything except for rule breaking but I'm thinking about changing my tune: If you win this and your ratio is atrocious you'll probably be blacklisted. I can't give a good value, probably around 1/4-1/5 or something, it's more like a gut feeling also taking into account stuff like regional GAs, only small group GAs etc...

So, How is the ratio you're talking about defined ? I don't like to be on someone's bad side. ^_-

Well, there are is steamgiftstools to check proper values:
but I mainly just go by how your profile looks... You know the ones... 100 of wins, only a handful of GAs, and then ones that clearly were just meant to push to a low level and then never again... or ONLY regional GAs... which is totally fine, but then you should also only ENTER regional GAs...

But do you take (1) $won / $gifted or (2) $gifted / $won as the ratio of which one should be below (1) or above (2) an ratio of 1/4 to 1/5 ?

Eh... $gifted / $won... i.e. in this case it would be if you give back less then... 20% of what you win I will not like you... But as I said, in this case it's more of a general feeling...
