Hot sandwich or cold sandwich? If hot I prefer an old fashion grilled cheese (good bread, butter, with actual cheddar). If cold.... I'm not really sure because I tend to load cold sandwiches with veggies and that isn't really a recipe.
Well, it's such a work of art I didn't wanted to spoil the surprise? Anyway, simply brown slice of toast in oven to taste, add butter or mayonaise, salt, pepper again to taste, and insert the filler between two pieces of bread or a bun sliced lenghtwise. You won't find more filling dish for the price ^^
