Sites like https://www.keygiveaway.com/ exist for doing that. (Or just go to the forums and obfuscate the key to keep bots from harvesting it.) The system here has to be restricted because of "Contributor Value" for giveaways and massive server loads from people creating giveaways for games anyone could grab for free. The site used to grind to a halt during those times.
