It doesn't, he said that is only the STEAM KEY that activates the new 4 games, Wizorb, BIT.TRIP.RUNNER, Gratuitous Space Battles, and Jamestown...
Still worth it though, Jamestown is a lot of fun, specially with friends...

But he posted it as a full, above-average Humble Bundle, so it's... his word against his. I'd recommend that the winner insist on getting a full Humble Bundle 6 (above average), or mark it, truthfully, as "not received". Otherwise, when the automatic system for checking if people redeemed their winnings is launched, the winner himself could get suspended for not redeeming a game that is, officially, a part of the bundle he marked as received.

Chuckie, there is no option to add the game as the extra games added to the Humble Bundle. Most of these games were included in earlier Humble Bundles so I thought I would give them away.

I don't see why anyone would complain about a FREE GAME, let alone four of them.

I don't think this 'auto system' is going to retroactively check previous winnings.

Plus, everyone should be buying these bundles (even a few cents) and donate it all to charity. It's for a good cause.

Exactly. That is why the Humble Bundle TOS cover it in their official wording, and their FAQ pages say it in layman's terms:

Please consider your bundle a "unit", and not to share copies of the games or Steam keys from it.

If you'd like to give a copy of the games away, we have a system in place that allows you to buy a gift key from www.humblebundle.com so your friends can have access to direct downloads as well as any Steam or other keys we have included.

Also, I don't think "complaining", as you call it, is unreasonable, because the problem is not with where the games are going to ("free game"), but with where they are coming from ("copies of software obtained by breaking its TOS").
