Now you have three options:

  1. You may acquire an unrestricted key/gift to give to the winner of this giveaway.
  2. You may accept this giveaway as "not received".
  3. You may ask us to delete this giveaway. You need the winner's permission. Please ask them if they agree to delete this giveaway.

Hello.

In case of region-locked giveaway that's not marked properly, you can ask creator for non-restricted key. And if they can't provide it, mark giveaway as not received after 7 days.

Creator can also ask you for permission to delete giveaway, to be able to re-create it with proper restrictions this time.
