Thanks for the giveaway. Unfortunatly when trying to redeem the key, it says 'Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed.' I think you have to ask for a re-roll or something

Edit: I sent a ticket to the support team and they said I have to follow three steps. The first one is sending a message explaining to you the problem (this message should be fine), ask for a valid key (if not received in 7 days, I have to mark the key as not received) and (optional) give my consent to delete the giveaway even if I won (not a big deal so if you want we can follow this path). Have a nice day ^^
