If creator do not deliver game you won - mark it as not received after 7 days. Do not accept other forms as "payment", such as CS:GO items, other games, Steam gems etc.

You can edit your ticket to add screenshot. You will need to upload it on imgur or similar hosting site, as SG does not allow to attach images or files to posts.
