The key I won for this game came with a Steam inventory gift as a bonus after activating, but none of my friends are interested in this, so I'm giving away the gift copy here. I should be able to send it via email.
(And I'm pretty sure this doesn't count as regifting - this is a separate copy, after all. Probably as close as you could get to regifting without actually doing it!)
