I'm not so sure about that. In steamdb (https://steamdb.info/app/255420/) you have information that name of this game is "Magic 2015". Also you don't have any info on Steam that it require base game or something like that. Are you able find base game after all?

appid 255420 is the same for the banner, store and steamdb page.
they updated the image and something happened that put the dlc tag on it (either valve or devs messed up).
Is this a DLC or a full game?
