Well, you need to have the base game, it's DLCs. I ended up activating it myself since not one of my friends nor anyone here has it.

My bad then. I was under an impression Steam API returns all owned games regardless of store page existing or not. I'm pretty sure I tested it at some point. Must've changed or Valve has more than one "level" of store page removal - it can be removed and "more removed". Nevertheless, thanks for the heads up.
