Hey,
Custom rules to enter the giveaways are not allowed. So your description is in no way bidding to the winners.
You have 7 days to send winner their win, and winner has 7 days (counting from when you sent the game) to activate it. You can't shorten this time in any way, and write GA will be deleted if winners don't "activate fast enough". If key is expiring shortly, or promotion is ending - creator needs to consider it when they decide on the GA end time, to give winner at least those 7 days. Otherwise they must accept "not received" feedback if winner can't activate game. We all have lives, families, holidays, problems etc. so site gives both winner and creator reasonable time to fulfill their obligations.
