I'm not sure you can enforce those rules on a public giveaway. If it was a private sgtools link it would be fine, but I'm pretty sure you can't add rules to a public giveaway like that.
You are totally right :) Everyone can join this giveaway. You can only limit the entry via sgtools. I just set them, that more users get aware of them.
