Oh, i forgot to active these, but i have done it now. Although i cant activate the Car Wash bc i already have it and the Laserium the creator did not give me the key.

Car Wash Simulator doesn't show up on your Steam account though. Are you sure you own it / the GA provided with the right key?
You should mark the GA as "not received" if you did not get the key. I'm only asking because it's part of the site rule and you could get your account suspended for it.

Oh! Thank you so much for your concern! In fact what happened in the case of Car Wash was that the creator of the giveaway gave me the key of another game, I didn't realize it and I ended up putting the key as received. Otherwise, in the case of Laserium the owner did not gave me the key and i was new to the site and must have marked it as received. Heres the proof: https://imgur.com/sDaonlZ.png.

Hmm, in that case, I would suggest you try to make those 2 games as "not received" as per the guideline (It'll ask you to file a support ticket when you mark it not-received).
Anyway, those are my suggestions to keep a good standing on this site.
