I'd suggest looking for Stoicism, for me is the most rational way of general acceptance towards life.

There're other deeper and slower paths towards it, but they require quite a few presumptions.
As a bonus, I always try to keep these things in my mind on a daily basis:
Noone can give you motivation that would last more than a few minutes, so you have to learn to look for it within yourself every single day with the right questions, building a funcional thought pattern and believing in yourself!
I just hope I got it right.
