RPGs and experimental Indie Stuff XD
I always liked the quests/getting stronger and experiencing new things :)
I play almost any genre, though, as long as the game is fun :P
On the other hand I am really hard to please and quit a game early, if it bores me :S
That was the complete opposite before 2010, so I guess I need to find "the middle" XD

Shooters! Sigh, blame my simulation sickness, a lot of shooter games are not suitable for me, sad!

Simulation sickness is like motion sickness, right? I have it too on some games (usually-sometimes only a bit of eye strain).
These 2 games gave me motion sickness on minutes (i felt weird on seconds):

A tip i use and works (a bit) is to lower mouse sensitivity (make camera move slower).
I love shooters but i hate this thing :P . Seems newer games are better (but i'd like to know why :P ).

Thanks for sharing the tip! YES! Reducing DPI of the mouse would work for some games, but sadly most didn't work!
I was being told by a friend that the "blur/tilt shift" effect might be the reason too! So if you can switch off "blurring effect", might help!

Yeah, blur, deph of field (i hate those things), even AA... Also low frames,... Although i think it is more game related (but no idea why xD ).
