It's harder than the average game, but not extremely frustratingly hard. Once you get used to it and overcome the "wall" in the beginning, its an enjoyable challenge.

Its not hard, and I say this convinced that is not a hard game, even if the first boss made me scream, yell and think about leaving the game. Is pure essay and error, its not hard, its demanding for the player. Yes, a boss will kill you but if you are focused he wont. Yes, you later feel powerful and then, a shitty zombi with a torch WILL DESTROY YOU.

Is that hard? No! IT WAS YOUR FAULT.
