You've got some good stuff on your list already, but I'll give it a shot. M.O.O.N is one of those songs that I really like, but it's so intense that I rarely end up listing to it. And Nerevar Rising is just such a classic...
Some of my current favorites are the atmospheric SpaceChem, particularly the track 'Working'. And the more chipper Ghost Trick: Cabanela, Main Theme, The Imprisoned.
