I won this DLC here:)

But i could not add it to library (dlc could not find main game), it's probably because in Poland (and some neighbouring countries) Fallout NV is a different product than for the other countries.
It's a steam gift.

This means you are polish and cant activate it or is this from a polish version and you cant activate it because you are from another region? Thanks anyway!

but this isnt region restricted so you should be able to activate it in poland, or maybe you already have this DLC and you forgot about it ;P.

That's probably because of different AppIDs. I have US version of New Vegas (that I've won here) and when I wanted to add Old World Blues, that I've got from guy from India, to my library Steam said, that I don't have the base game.
