You had to earn coins for your game so I don't think you are doing anything wrong, but just because you can make a giveaway for something doesn't mean it wasn't free. Support has to remove the game from the list, and if they aren't fast enough, someone would be able to make a giveaway for a free game. It happens all the time on this site.
Re-read what I wrote. I know the game is not free, and you did nothing wrong. But it is possible to make a giveaway for a free game, before support has a chance to remove it from the giveaway list. It happens very often on this site. That was my point.
