This key comes from an ancient SE bundle by HB, I looked up but as far as I can tell this shouldn't have any region restriction, in case it actually has any I'd really appreciate if you can point me in the right direction to find the info. It should include Just Cause 1 & 2 plus all DLC.

Is JC1 any good? I've played all the rest (4 was dogshit) except for the first.

I don't really know, I've played 2 & 3 and loved them, but I have yet to get around to playing 1 or 4. From what I heard JC1 feels a bit like a precursor of the JC formula since it lacks the iconic hook, but I think most of the other elements are there.
Is JC4 that bad? I heard it was just mediocre.

It's awful compared to JC 2 and 3. Even the movement/exploration/gliding feels awful. And they screwed up the progression/unlock system and made the destruction system from previous games useless.
The graphics are good (a bit downgraded from 3 because of the weather system and optimization issues) and the weather gimmick is underbaked, but interesting.
I think it was given away on EGS at some point so you should probably check it out for a few hours. Maybe you'll enjoy it more than me haha

For some people JC4 is their favourite game in the series so I'd suggest trying it out for a bit to see if it clicks with you!
