I just realize the question is about mistakes in general, not just personal mistakes. (That is my mistake). I have noticed some carts on this train end in October.
In general, I can recall some certain moments where someone pointed a puzzle or a key with a substitution only to realize they messed up the puzzle or substitution later on. In school, I can recall multiple moments where someone thinks they have an answer to something only to realize they did not.
