You need to redeem your gift of Angvik or mark the giveaway as not received if there's an issue with the key. The giveaway has ended over a week ago already.
Did you check if there was a Steam friend request in order to gift you the game directly via steam? Or did you check your email to see if they tried to establish contact with you? (As written on your profile settings page "If you win a gift, your email address will be available to the giveaway creator. This allows the giveaway creator to send your gift, and to communicate with you if there are any issues." - so you should check your emails as well if you don't receive a key directly.)
I always check my email but I had never considered to check for friend requests on steam to be honest. As I have a huge collection of games on steam I always have a spam of friend requests mostly from scammers that want to attempt to steal my account. There was a new pending friend request now that I see but no message with it or something. Oh well.
People cannot message you unless you accept the friend request on Steam - hence there couldn't possibly a message along with it. You also cannot send a gift via Steam unless you have the recipient on your friend list.'
I'd encurage you to check your friend request to see if it is from the creator of the giveaway and if so, to accept it. Also, you should leave a comment on the giveaway stating that you are open to receive your win. And in case they do so you can let us know for us to change the feedback.
I tried to do so yesterday but it seems the GA owner has blacklisted me so I can't see their profile or even their username. Can't see the GA at all to comment there either.

Well, I've informed the creator about you are open towards receiving your win but that they also have blacklisted you. Considering they have been silent on their ticket for weeks now... well, if they wait much longer then they just have to live with the negative feedback.
If you want to, keep the channels toward them open.
It doesn't look like this will be the case as the GA owner seems to be 12 years old or acting in really bad faith.
