Sorry, but noone will be able to enter this one either. Something to do with either this site or the Steam API doesn't let steamgifts know if anything marked as DLC is owned by a user. Because this DLC lists the Gold Edition DLC as its required base game on steam and this site cant' tell that anyone owns that DLC, this giveaway will show as "Missing Base Game" for everyone, regardless of if they have the Gold Edition DLC or not.

For what it's worth, I think only this DLC and the Pilgrim DLC work this way, because both show up on steam as requiring the Gold Edition DLC.
