this is why I said almost :D I know only 2 cases where someone won something after buing/winning game. One was me, 2nd one of steamgift winners of multi-giveaway where I participated :P
I have won in games I already have 3 times. Not intentionally of course. First time it was two giveaways of same game that ended in a short period of time, two other - was re-rolls (of course in all cases I asked giveaway creator to make re-roll again). And it's only me, if I multiply this experience by number of sg users - I would say it's not impossible, more like "very probable"
