You get most your FPS from your GPU btw. The CPU helps to be overclocked but be warned you can mess stuff up if you dont know what your doing. If anyones interested in overclocking try MSI Afterburner. It is free... and as far as the CPU goes, i just use prime 95 to stress test (it pretty much just has all your cores calculating prime numbers but if you can leave this program going for a few hours w/o errors your overclock is stable.) I stopped benchmarking with 3dmark bc its slow and FurMark is lighter and way faster.

edit: watched the video...dosnt seem to change clock settings at all....I actually handle everything this program does manually or with other services i have going looks like good software to get you ready to change clock speeds maybe.
