But the problem is when you don't have a bank account. In my country you have to pay for it (it's a small price but still you have to pay more than the price of bundle) if you didn't spend more than 50pln during whole month (1$=3.80pln). So if you want to use it from time to time only on bundle then you would waste more money on bank account than games :(
That's why even if it would be for 0,01$ you can't buy it without bank account.
Why they won't let you use paysafecard like indiegala? .

You have to pay for your bank account? Which country if i may ask?

In India where i am from, you don't have to pay any charge, apart from a small annual fee for your debit card (about 1- 2 dollars).
Since i don't have credit card i use Entropay to buy from Humble Bundle. They charge a flat 4.95% every time you top up. Otherwise no other charges.

edit : Humblebundle supports bitcoin which you can buy with paysafe (i am assuming). But you will have to see if the charges are reasonable.

Of course I mean paying every month if you didn't spend more than specific amount of money in this month (it depend on banks, but in most cases is 50 pln) not for just making an account..
You still can find truly free accounts (without needed to spend money)but they are for kids :| not for someone who is above 18 years old.

Oh ok.
In India, all banks have to provide at least one zero balance account with debit card facility probably because the government forces banks to do provide it(to attract poorer people to use banks).
