i have oblivion but not the dlcs and i can still enter. i dont know if its against the rules but if its against it you need to check the winner on this one
I have Oblivion in my account and the GOTY DLC 'Acquired' but not installed (from TES Anthology), and it still would all me to enter (but I'm not) - just fyi.
I just wish there was a way to get the DLCs separately from the GOTY edition. As someone mentioned above, I have the GOTY edition from the Anthology, but this was the only game that didn't have all the DLCs included. You can only purchase the Deluxe edition to get the DLCs on Steam, which is a pain since it is still fairly costly when not on sale!
