Because the other interpretation is that you already figured out it is a bad key (say, right after you created the giveaway) and is already asking someone to delete it. If that's the case, you know you can delete it yourself while the GA is still open, right? I think it is a button in the top corner.
After a winner is selected, things are slightly harder... But, again, I think you meant the top line, right? :D
