I actually did the proper region-limit thing...so I filtered out all of the countries that HB said were blocked. The little region-button thing (the world icon) should list everything that IS ok, which is most of the world. Batman isn't too bad...what's blocked are mostly Russia, China, and the 'Stans. For Flash Point, it's also a good portion of South America.
