i just did for 17.99$ thanks to the witcher trilogy bundle that gave me an extra 5% discount as i own the first 2 games
i wish i could've bought the GOTY edition instead but i'm short on money so i really appreciate the chance to win the expansion pass

Well I have chosen to not let RNGesus decide my faith and will buy GOTY edition near the end of sale along with other wishlisted games I will be able to afford at that time :D But nice giveaways from you on the steam awards :)
