It is a German version of Portal. That means that the blood is grey, nothing more. I am saying this because I won't "take it back" or something like that, just for me to ensure that I told you.
Is there an option to select English, or will the text be in English if I play it in an English-speaking country?

I don't mind about blood effects being edited as long as the text and voice acting of the game is in English.
I like that. Like grey blood is any less terrifying than red blood. If anything it is more weird and scary. WHY IS CHELL BLEEDING GREY!?
I don't know ask the USK in Germany :P
