This was wishlisted, thank you!

Your current event submissions are a bit overbundled and low-interest- would you happen to have a different game you could offer? :)

Overbundled? The fist one was in the monthly subscription and then in 1 bundle, sorry if that's not good. I have other games (https://barter.vg/u/ea/t/) but I think they would not help much. I was also having trouble trying to check owned games yesterday (it was not loading everything).
I could buy something, but I live in Brazil. If you think there's nothing I can do, then I'll just make public gas, no problem. I love your group anyways :)

We count a tier 1 bundling with DRM-free copies provided as being bundled twice, since they tend to get flooded in GAs and trades.
We haven't thus far made special considerations for Monthly bundling, since per-game that's about on par with many BTAs.
We try to ask for games with under 3 bundlings (Galak technically coming in at 3), though 5 is our main cutoff (which is why ROM is straight out).
If there's even a small handful of group wishlists for the game (8 is generally what we expect at 3-4 bundlings, with 4-5 wishlists for 2 or fewer bundlings), we tend to go off bundle amount alone (and if there's a ton of wishlists, we more or less ignore bundle count altogether), but when there's so few wishlists it starts to come across as "giving away a game that noone wants, and you can't really get rid of easily anyway". That's not to say YOU, or anyone currently in the group has that sentiment, it's that given some of last year's participants, we've structured things a bit more strictly this year, to better protect participants.
We don't want to try and force anyone to buy anything (though there's some great DRM-free-included offers that I listed here, if you want a good CV return (not sure about their region-locking, though)), but at the same time, we do want to try and have giveaways listed that event participants are actually somewhat interested in (regardless of what their bundling/sale rate may be).
In other words, it's not a matter of expecting monetary investment, but of trying to make sure none of the (primary submissions) feel like lackluster throw-ins [ie, "bundle junk"].
It's fine to throw in a tier-1 bundled game, so long as there's good interest in it, and there's several factors we try to review per game, above what I've listed. So if you can find anything you think looks good, it'll probably end up working; That said, Galak is a bit borderline, so if you say that's all you can provide, we'll for sure take you on your word. :)

Do you know if it's safe to give away games from nuuvem? I'm from brazil so it would be easier for me. I wouldn't mind buying something there to give away. I heard of foreigners using VPN to buy from them, but I'm not sure all games work.

From what I've heard, Nuuvem is a completely legitimate site, so in that sense there shouldn't be issues. I've no idea what the regional locking is like for them, but generally speaking you should just be able to check steamdb to see if there are South America/Brazil-restricted versions of the game or not (and in the latter case, it should be fine to post). If you've got a game or games in mind, let me know, and I'll try helping out in looking it up; otherwise, maybe make a thread and ask around among people more familiar with the site. :)

Of course it is, and it's very good. I even know a guy who works for them. The prices are lower because they reflect currency differences. Well I thought about games such as Lego the Hobbit and Mortal Kombat X.

As far as I know, Lego games are always free of region restrictions (which is why they're so popular for giveaways on SG). I haven't anything about MKX, but I don't see anything in SteamDB about region-restrictions of any sort. Google searching Steamgifts seems to indicate that MKX can't be activated in Germany (due to their usual anti-violence game blocking), but otherwise should activate fine anywhere else.

I think the Lego game should be the safest bet, then. What would happen if the user could not redeem the game?

From your end, generally speaking that'd end up being treated as a 0-entry giveaway, meaning we'd expect you to make a new giveaway if you'd won anything from the event. Otherwise, we'll consider it a fair effort and move through.
From the winner's perspective, if they haven't won a decent amount from the event otherwise, we'd probably try and find a few games to throw at them.
Does Steam give notice as to what game it is when there's a region-lock in place? If not, then we'd also require the game still be given out somewhere on SG, to validate that it was in fact purchased (or you can simply post a different event-qualifying game, which may be preferable to you if Nuuvem has a good return policy). If it does note the game in the notification, then you're clear from that alone.
Basically, we just want to filter out any exploitative behaviors (especially after that handful we got in last year's event), but otherwise the usual PosTho mindset of positivity and working together respectfully will apply. So don't expect some sort of immediate punishment for it not working. :P
Steam is down for me at the moment, so I can't poke someone who'd have a better idea about the region-locking, but I've never heard of the Lego games having that issue- so really, it shouldn't have any problems. :)

Doing the group clearing now, poke me for a fresh group invite if/when you get the game up (if you can get it up before the 25th). :)

I've created a Lego the Hobbit GA, please add me back. (BTW, I did not understand that my other two gas were not good enough. I was looking for a better ga to give something better).
