I don't mean to be rude, but the right thing to do is for you to make the ga accessible to everyone above level 2 other than require people to create an account on another site.
After all, having an indiegala account is not required to be part of steamgifts.
Decided to leave this comment, mainly because your requirement doesn't give you grounds to ask for re-roll. In case the winner doesn't own an indiegala account, you will either have to provide a steam key or get a not received feedback.

No, you can just get the key and post it for the GA winner, and so far I am the winner; unless you post the KEY in the the box for the winner, I will be marking it as not received. But yes, I do have an IG account, but if you wanna be lazy and not go ahead and get the key yourself; guess what, I will also be lazy and not use a link.
If you don't like it, re-roll me now, I could careless; if the next winner isn't a moron, they will do the same and tell you to post key or shut up and take a no received.

I guess the idea of C&Ping keys into a text or something to keep track of them for trading never crossed your mind? As in when you get a new game key, use it yourself or C&P it into the file with like game name - key - and maybe price or other info..
