You could specify in the create giveaways settings that for my country region this key is not available and then I could not get into a giveaway. These are not my problems.

I figured out the problem. The shitty dev deactivated all the keys from a Groupees bundle that weren't redeemed. I wrote to support for a new key. Should be fixed soon.
