Chances are high upgrade to Deluxe isn't even possible without removing it from your library. I will check the winner.

I am so confused. I own the GOTY edition of that version says it only includes Shivering Isles & Knights of the Nine, but if you look at the GOTY DLC content it includes the Horse Armor and all the other smaller DLCs. The Deluxe version says it adds the smaller DLCs. My guess would be the only thing the Deluxe edition unlocks extra is the soundtrack. They seem to unlock the same stuff. Doesn't make sense to me. FYI I can enter this though I own the GOTY edition.
