Fraking fanatical doesn't do a great job removing things from your wishlist when you buy somewhere else. Oh well, my loss, your gain, and fanatical's too, apparently :|

I think you have to like... download their client and update your wishlist there? It's really obnoxious, I'm getting notifications for wishlisted games on sale that I already have owned for years since I never bothered updating my wishlist there lol.
