yes, they will get a second copy (not as in giftable copy, but they will have it in their library twice). This is a different App, not actually a package of the first 3 games. Therefore, support will also not grant a re roll, even if the winner owns all 3 individual games.

Just wanted to say that most people will probably have at least 2 of the three games, since the first one was free a few times and the others both got bundled at least twice, and 90% yeah I totally made that number up of users seem not to read GA descriptions)

Yes. This is correct. The complete is all three games but it is considered a separate, independent game, unlike a normal "bundle" buy.
