Crying is fine if you can get that negative energy out of your system. I've cried more in the last 5 years than the 10 years before that. Bad things happen to good people and karma doesn't happen. Find someone to talk to to reassess how you can do it differently next time (assuming you have some control over the issue). If it was an "accident" then just try to move on.
